Mic Delay?

Ok so im just getting confused at cts freekilling or Ts crying over the fact that when a warden dies and a new ct calls warden and tels them to freeze a T die and he cries about mic delay...
Personally when i cal warden i give mic delay of about 3-5 seconds and if someone happens to pick up a gun during that delay i can tel them to drop it but some wardens literally kill the Ts just to avoid them picking a gun of the previous warden....
I just saw an example today where the new warden killed a t and said mic delay is 1 second, so im kinda confused wats the time limit of mic delay in general....

Also do you guyz think its fair that cts kil Ts when they are in mid air and mic delay is over, its like Light Yagami's post, if a T is in mid air and is told to freeze by new warden DOES HE HAS TO STOP, or if he lands and accidently picks a gun the ct shoots him....i think thats unfair but i have seen it happen quite often and is caused by hatred towards a specific player....

If they are on whitelist you should know, I try to give at least 4 or 5 seconds delay

yeah i give about 3-5 seconds but in all honesty, when im a T and the new warden says freeze we all hear it, but still decide to take a few steps dont we? unless thats just me.....

but yeah mhk is right but when your in the server with 4 + more cts and 20 something t's the mic spam oh god how we love it and waiitng for mic delays though it include a lot of freekills by accidents most times sicne the t cant hear over everyone else.

i only see people cry about mic delay when they are trying to get the gun that is 5 steps away, then the guard shoots them.

Depending on the situation I'll give more or less time for mic delay, however it is never less than about 3 seconds, if the t is in no way a threat I allow for up to 5 seconds, if they are in a risky spot like near a door or gun, I will allow 3 seconds, and if they look like they running for the door/gun I give only enough time for them to hear and react, any more time and they are dead xD

Yea true king they do mic spam alot, and i agree with Yellow as well, they cry alot when dead becus they try to rush a gun
