Here's what happened:

1. Picked up an AWP at the start of the round from main cage and instructed to head to multiple mini games with different warden. This was to be a 'fun day'...

2. Went over minefield, got to 15 hp and went to medic via gun room (big deal, already had an AWP)

3. Got popped by MHK without orders and without reason and then got kicked for apparent abuse without even having a chance to explain wtf had just happened.

This guy is the worst rank whore and should be banned from CT - I could've popped him right from the start but decided to obey orders and have a 'fun round' as instructed by wardens.

Instead he pops me without orders or instructions, then he has the audacity to accuse me of lying without any proof.

Rebellers get blamed for screwing up fun days, I tend to think that with duds like this rankwhore it's clearly the other way around...

Never had a problem with anybody except this guy - which is enough reason for me to quit DTK JB forever...

I can tell you are frustrated about what has happened. But I can assure you this is no way to go about it. Making a thread about this won't get you anywhere.
It won't get you closer to what you want, and it won't help you resolve the problem.

First off, Demo if or at least go find the demo of the map in the SourceTV demos.
Second, if you think he's broken a rule or freekilled etc. Then stick that demo and your reason into SourceBans.
I guarantee you within 24 hours an admin will have looked into it.

Appreciate your response but I'm not after a resolution nor am I going to dig up demos etc...

I've been in DTK for a long time and have had alot of fun with many members new and old - But I'm not going to waste my time justifying somebodies clear stupidity when I've already made my point via this thread...

In fact I'm leaving the community as a result...

So thanks for the good times over the years, but as a recommendation you may wish to get rid of the rankwhores who have no conception of the word 'fun' (even when us T's instructed to do so....)

Ok so firstly this WAS NOT just any free day. It was a day where Ts played different mini games. It was stated by the warden that a ct could kill a t even if they were rebeling. So you decide to go through GUNROOM which in the rules for cts its said( a t can be killed in GUNROOM at any time).
And when you say you got kicked for no reason, wow,
You say you were trying to explain what happened, does this mean you change your name to '(abuse) you MHK' and then at round start you yell out ' (abuse) you MHK you fat walrus' ?? The reason you were kicked was for that very reason. So I don't see the point of making a thread about a player you don't like because he killed you. You went through GUNROOM so he killed you. That's it. If you have any problems you message one of Dtk's admins, not make a thread like this. Especially as you've been with Dtk for a while. The way how this thread is directed at MHK is disrespectfully for him and is very disgusting. I am disappointed in the way you reacted to this issue.

haha its ok Nos, Its but its like u said The order was that "if u were in gunroom u would get shot" and i was following Ipood who himself was knifing the vent in jb_sand. I followed ipood into the vent and killed him since he broke a vent and as i came to the first level of gunroom i saw Lee lin chin exit gunroom by himself with an awp behind him......first of all if he wanted medic why not go medic straight away, how the hell is there a connection between medic and gunrrom,......they are close but how can u go to medic and go in gunroom..... that makes no sense i just shot him coz of the fact he was somewhere he shouldnt be..................

Also if it was such a bigdeal for u i woulda slayed, the round ended shortly after u died.......i really dont see why would u post a thread about this........
freekills accident happen by everyone even admins and professional wardens, its just natural it happens sometimes and cts slay as a result and that even wasnt a freekil. U were in gunrrom when u had clear orders not to....... clearly ur fault but i stil woulda slayed if u wanted me to. Really dont see the point of this thread, admins like Nos were there and King was also witnessing it.
Please dont post a thread and call me "biggest Dud" for no particular reason when it was clearly ur fault.

i was the warden at the the time where i ordered people to go to different minigames and i said no t's were meant to have any weapons holsterd or unholsterd at any time therfore it cant of been a freekill even though he should of asked you to drop the wep before killing you which i dont think he did. mate im sorry it happened but dont leave dtk over this i enjoy playing jb with ya man its a good laugh when you on and im sure other people dont want you to leave either.

I don't think you can order T's to not have an unholstered or holstered weapon.
Reasons:
1. Guns can be passed / picked up through walls and by other means. (E.g if a T passed me a gun and you killed me. I wouldn't be happy to say the least)
2. The rule isn't "If a T has a gun, you can shoot him" The rule is "If a T is pointing a weapon at you, you can shoot him". < If you intentionally walk infront of a T holding a weapon out just to shoot him. Expect a CT Ban / Ban.
3. Theres a reason for gunchecks + ANY CT being allowed to ask a T to drop his weapon.

1. He should have a gun at all as we stated at the start of the round "Ts should have no gun" if he did he shoulda droped it, althought i didnt care
2. The reason i shot him is that he came out of the gunroom, he stats he went to medic but why gunroom, there is no point, and warden said not to go in gunroom at all, i saw a rebeler going in gunrrom i foloowed him and shot him, he was also in gunrrom at that time with a gun, i assumed he was also a rebeler since he wasnt supose to be there and shot him,
3. And if it was an accident that he wandered in gunroom i woulda slayed next round, didnt have point this thread

Overall i already apologized, in another post and i wil again, im sorry if u think i freekilled u but u coulda asked me to slay next round or discussed with an admin, a thread infront of public wasnt needed, i woulda happily slayed but u abuse me instead.

i ordered the ts to go to seprate minigames they should of been on medic anyways but i didnt mind since they didnt want to do the minigames i suggested. i didint kill anyone that round anyways i only had a knife lol

I think we've discussed this issue enough, he's made his decision to leave dtk and let it be that, remove his tags etc. as for his actions in making a thread against mhk well everyone has their own way in going about expressing themselves, this was his way. no one should mould themselves into someone they're not.

Lee Lin, this is not how the system works, if you have beef, don't bring it to the forums, it does nothing for the server and it has done nothing for you.

You were shot for being in gunroom, no more, no less and it is clearly stated in the server rules that you can be shot if seen in there. Leaving JB and or DtK is not hurting mhk, it is only hurting you, doesn't make much sense to take such a harsh action after such a small incident.

The admin was correct and justified in what he did, that kind of abuse and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated in this community.

Take a moment to step back, relax and see how much of an overreaction this is before you make a decision you will probably regret later on, after all; DtK is an amazing place to game, don't deny yourself that.
