You admit in the original post that you don't know if it's his mic or not, yet you are quick to assume someone in DTK has physically muted him on all servers?
Next time, try at least asking for things to check if you don't know how to fix these things yourself from the user end, BEFORE you accuse someone on the server end.

hey mate, can you see his mic popup in bottom right corner? if you can, its on his end, if he tries to talk and there is no mic popup IN YOUR SCREEN (as in, you both in server, him at his comp, you at your comp) and there is no mic display at the bottom right of screen, then he is muted, ill await ur reply to resolve
