Requirements for Joining DtK!

The System For Applications

The requirements are as follows:-
21 days forum membership
13 TOTAL USEFUL posts
25 hours in game servers
No significant forum infractions in the last 21 days
NO significant BANS in the last 21 days.
If an application is made and criteria not met application is instantly rejected with a 14 day rest period before a new application will be accepted for processing. This gives applicants time to achieve the requirements not yet met. The standard one month waiting period for rejections still applies for all other reasons.

ANY SIGNIFICANT BANS AS A Neophyte will result in automatic demotion and a 1 month waiting period to reapply, multiple/major offenders may be refused completely.
These are BASE requirements and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL TO THESE REQUIREMENTS.
There is no longer a 7 days waiting period for applications simply the applications will be checked at least every second day and be done with only one processing. The waiting period of 7 days has been replaced by the 21 days period of membership.

Please note: Users needs posts not threads. Any member found to be spamming useless threads or posts will have their post count reset to 0.

I think making them have so many forum posts is a bit harsh, maybe something easier like just the so many days of joining the forums, if you make them have to post so many comments in the forums, there would be a higher chance of getting useless comments? maybe that should be the requirement for them to be promoted into members.

SPAM is bad mmmkay and will not be tolerated, 21 days forum membership over 13 posts thats like .6 of a post per day. Not hard...

Can we have this moved or Pasted into the Actual Recruitment page cause im seeing ALOT Of people wanting to join and being Rejected (Due to the fact they cannot see this)

The section labelled "DTK Human Resources" is higher in the list than the recruitment section, the thread is sticky'd, the information is there for those who seek it, and it's quite easy to find.

It really is not hard to find, and we are trying to encourage people to a bit more active in the forum community.

you will find if you click "Read This First!!!" under JoiningDtK tab, it will direct you to this page now, we were a little slow in getting every little detail changed im sorry but i think we have it now

Not trying to create more work for the HR team, but if it could be at all possible to get their post requirement to be USEFUL posts, it would be much appreciated. The amount of spam coming up on the forums from people who want to apply to be members of DTK, especially the pathetic "stories" is just absurd.

Spam will still be treated as spam, giving them infractions which are bad on an application

We will never have a system that is 100% fool proof.

People will either not read, or not care for the system in place.

So whatever we can't include in the system we just hope that people can fill in the blanks with logic.

We do what we can to help, and to make the most convenient decisions for as many as we can. We are just trying to help in any way we can.

hlstats, but to be fair 25 hours is really not that long, and so really if you really are keen on joining dtk you will have racked up way more than enough hours

Glad to see that this is actually being enforced

have seen 2 or 3 players creating multiple completely and utterly useless threads, then having their posts say "0"
