A Somewhat Correct War Day Formula
So, as most people would have noticed by now; War days are fun but the lack of organization and complaints about HP ratios ruins alot of this fun.
Before I even get to the maths part of this (don't worry, it's not TOO hard ) we're going to have to lay down the ground rules for a successful war day.
(in no particular order)
1. Organization, obligatory but I felt I needed to mention it
2. Admin should immediately freeze T's at the start of the round to prevent rebelling as this is an admin-intervention day and there should be no complaints about not getting to rebel considering you're about to be spawned into the gunroom or have guns spawned in your hands
3a. Admin should saveloc a position for the start of the war day (Terrorist spawn point) whilst the CT's set-up their spawn area.
3b. Admin/Warden should decide at this point whether they would like Terrorists to be using a specific type of weapon, if you have frozen them, savelocced a position away from a gunroom, and spawned them the weapons you want them to play with, chances are they will use them
4. Try not to have the whole CT team sitting in a single room facing a single entrance with AWP's; this completely ruins the fun for the people who have the balls to be the meatshields and do damage.
Ok. Now onto the maths...
Credits for the formula go completely to myself, and therefore you shouldn't take this as some maths genuis' opinion; But rather an experienced JB-player.
( T/CT ) x ( Tx5 ) + 100
where T = Terrorist and CT = Counter-Terrorist and the additional + 100 equals defualt HP.
This gives you the amount of HP you should assign each CT player, give or take 200hp depending on the skill of either team.
So, for example.
20 Terrorists, 5 Counter-Terrorists in a game the formula would be ( 20/5 ) x ( 20x5 ) + 100 = 500
26 Terrorists, 7 Counter-Terrorists in a game the formula would be ( 26/7 ) x ( 26x5 ) + 100 = 580.apx
Feel free to tell me what you think about this formula, and give it a go in-game; BUT REMEMBER each scenario is different and you should always give or take up to 200hp depending on the skill of your team and whether the terrorists are using AWP's or not.
