I think in JB, CT and T have a choice whether they can swap between team or global mic. so say a T is rebelling, another T can give them voice directions without giving anything away. somewhat of a personal command to switch it on and off. what do u think?

Won't work as I'm 99% sure that you can't have that. Also, the warden's orders are global, so if global is turned off, t's won't be able to hear the orders

no, not turn off global, turn on and off team chat. Global is compolsary
use team text chat, or go on the vent with some guys
I prefer the way it is, you can be sneaky on CT.
As in when hunting down a rebel be like "Oh well he will come out eventually, lets just leave him".
And then he will feel safe while you ninja hunt him and save the day for the CT team.

There is a mod possible for this. It is used on GMOD for TTT, and I believe it has been done for CSS.
However, there would be a LOT of spam in the team voice. Think about it. The whitelist is in place, so admins will be on CT more often now, and won't be able to hear them spamming team voice...
GREAT idea IMO, I've had the same thoughts, just TOO many idiots who will ruin it.
In a perfect world there would be no problem with this kind of system. However, we do not live in a utopia, this would become a very problematic thing as people could mic spam you and only you so you can't hear orders and would result in you QQ'ing from being killed all the time. and it would be very hard to police.

thats why you have a toggle. if all else fails with the mic spam, turn it off?
If people spam, follow the current proccedure of !cp mute and/or bans from admins.....
Personally, I like the idea, how about setting the mod so you can bind one key for team speak and another for global just like chat?

or bind a key to a sub-voice chat that is only sent to people in the T team, sort of like in trouble in terrorist town, where you can press shift to talk to traitor's only
