This is my beef:

Ingredients (serves 8)

• 1.3kg beef eye fillet, trimmed
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, roughly chopped
• 1/4 cup oregano leaves, roughly chopped
• 2 tablespoons thyme leaves, roughly chopped
• 2 tablespoons brandy or beef stock
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup caster sugar

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut fillet of beef in half crossways to make 2 fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large, heavy-based frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear beef, 1 fillet at a time, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a large roasting pan.
2. Combine parsley, oregano and thyme in a bowl. Press herbs on top of each fillet. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons oil and brandy. Pour over beef. Cover pan tightly with foil. Roast beef for 30 to 35 minutes for medium or until cooked to your liking. Remove from oven. Set aside for 1 hour.
3. Pour meat juices into a frying pan. Add vinegar and sugar. Bring to the boil, stirring, over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is thick. Thickly slice beef. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.

I am indiffernt to every player- however when he mic spams and asks stuff like 'sorry man, what are orders' (in the middle of orders being given) or saying 'what are we gonna do today, warden?' (straight after a guncheck, right before we will all likely find out anyway) then I wont hesitate to tell him to cut the micspam as it is very distracting. If he doesnt say unnecessary things, there is no need for me, or anyone for that matter, to have a go at him.
Despite being told numerous times, he seems to forget this little reminder each day he logs on.
Please dont start to be spiteful of JB. Nobody is perfect. Such is life.

Also Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients

For the ribs

• 2 racks of ribs
• 1 tsp black peppercorns
• 3 bay leaves
• small bunch flatleaf parsley
• 1 onion, roughly chopped
• 1 carrot, cut into chunks

For the sauce

• 175g tomato ketchup
• 150g chipotle chilli ketchup
• 100ml dark soy sauce
• 175g dark muscovado sugar
• 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Preparation method

• For the ribs, place the ribs in a large saucepan with the peppercorns, bay leaves, parsley, onion and carrot. Cover with water, bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 1½ hours.
• Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200C.
• Bake on the top shelf of the oven for one hour, or until cooked through.
• For the sauce, put all of the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
• Remove the ribs from the water, dip them into the sauce and place onto a roasting tray.
• Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, basting with more of the sauce after 10 minutes.
• Serve it up.

i have nothing against the guy for sure but seriously who the ♥♥♥♥ says on mic "stop sneazing" talking to his pet.. we were puggin and he keeps talking to his pet on mic and honestly why -.-.... if he could reduce his time on mic and actualy say something ♥♥♥♥ing relevant and stop spamming someones name cause clearly he heard to first time dont need to say it 5 times.. but yeh he needs to stop interrupting orders and asking what are we guna do today just before we find out -.-

Really his only problem is his mic input, Maybe learn to restrict it (I had the same problem before, But it was only relevant stuff that i was spamming )

You're exactly right. Noone deserves to be abusive to fuzion, I dont have a problem with him although he lacks self control and dosnt know when to stop, i guess it really shows his age which is fine. The other day he was asking me for a link to sony vegas even when i didnt have it, when i told him this he asked me to look for it.. He also dosnt know when and when not to use his mic, he seems to use it every time he wants to breath or blow his nose, Fuzion like i said i got no beef with you, and i understand you're young, my brother acts the same, only difference is i dont let him use ANY mic. So you have a privellage to be able to use a mic and to be able to even PLAY a game like css at your age. Take my advice mate, you're in a gaming community where everyone is quite old and mature. Dont be stuipid and mic spam and whine about every little thing, i take it you're in primary school, well everyone else is either working or studying and ill tell you one thing we dont wanna come home from a hard day to hear whining and spamming.
