Banned For No Apparent Reason.

Hi there,
My name is BahN (STEAM_0:0:27413), I moved to Australia 6 months ago from the US, and I have been banned for the reason "Aimbot".
Now I really enjoyed the time I had on DTK servers, that's why i'm protesting this ban.
Yes I am the BahN that played in Sensual Gaming, Phoon's team, who was extremely famous for bhopping, I played CEVO A, M and I in America which is equivalent to CEVO P here in Aus, No offence but we beat Archaic.MSI 16 -12 when we we're in CEVO M in Sweden. Our team was forced to kill 4000 bots on ecoslaw a day, screenshot it, and upload it daily to our private forums, where we discussed match results and discussed on how we could improve. If we missed uploading the .jpg screenshot 3 times a month, we we're either moved to sub, suspended from the team for 3 months, or even kicked.

Why am I telling you all this you ask?
I was banned for aimbotting.
I practice 5 hours a day, at aiming at bots heads, which has improved my aim SO MUCH over the past 7 years, that gungame randoms from australia think I'm aimbotting, not abusing anyone, just the person that banned me - morph. Next time you ban someone for being too good, get your facts straight.

Phoon was banned by morph...if my memory serves me correctly he was obviously toggle aimbotting or just plain aimbotting. I am clearly not surprised that since you are in his team, you are banned. Now i cannot find you in dtk sourcebans have you even tried reconnecting now? Also "Do some basic research on the players background like you would've found on mine" makes no difference whatsoever. You can be practicing for 8 hours every day and still be pretty crap like me.

yes they should have a demo and im pretty sure they do. unfortunately i cannot find this bloke in the sourcebans database >.< frustrating!!!

Krez i found his steam ID and he is permd, he was permd form SM_DM for aimbot, and his name was Phoon in Aus

NO ONE is perm banned for hacking unless we are 100% certain you are hacking. As Squall has said, ban stays. And thread closed.

Now what makes me believe him is
A) pugged with him, he was legit.
B) i have a demo of phoon hacking on rush gaming blood assualt server where while i was demoing he gets permed, i did a test and asked this guy to come onto the server, he got onto the server fine and the sb ban is still up on the server for phoon bans, which means 2 different steam account.
Now he poped on vent and talked to me and phoon came over his house for a week and he was working, thats why he was being defensive about he doesnt hack cause it was phoon who was hacking.
Now if we believed everyones story we would probs let everyone who has hacked, be unbanned, and it is his own fault for letting him on his computer.

But i honestly believe he is legit and that he should be given a second chance for his mistake for letting phoon on his account.
I told him it most likely would not happen and he was very understanding and agreed that if he was in our situation he would keep the ban.

A quote from krueger " I am big on giving people 2nd chances" well i think we should in this case.
