Poor HR from Becca

Has ANYONE READ what I have typed out? everyone is saying " they have lives", "they like playing too" "they cant read every 1000 post"
My posts says you dont have to read everyones post, watch every step someone does...

If you are too busy, don't be an HR, simple. IF they have too many admins for 1 server, that is their problem, they recruited that amount of admins for the servers they want them on. If the number of admins for each server is a problem, then that is their fault of recruiting that many admins for those servers.

The staff have resources to make their tasks alot easier, but they ain't using them. They make threads on an after-thoughts.
If they don't change things anytime soon or give any valid answers (which there is none), then its just a boys club of admins and whoever is friends with them will get somewhere in DtK and regulars will just leave which they have done.

DtK going downhill from your acts. Being lazy and making false excuses.

If i care about DtK, i will take this up with the council and they will see how lazy you are and pathetic your excuses are.
Instead of turning things around, your looking for excuses to keep it as is.

Useless ranks that mean nothing, Higher ups not doing anything. Just to wave their tag around and kids to give unearned respect.

*note* people I called lazy and bad are the people who stuck up for becca's invalid excuse. Because they ignored the facts and just stuck up for their friend.
I know there are good admins/people in this community still.

The title says Poor HR from becca....hmmm you sir have absolutely no idea what becca has actually done to actually help keep this community alive! You were warned to not make another thread about this, what you should've done was msg becca or another higher up or staff. If you dont like the way how the HR's are "HRing" please talk to council. I have no clue why you think they are doing a bad job. DtK are doing MUCH better because we have HR, i cannot think of anybody more perfect for the job, i bet you cant think of anyone better either.

Please talk to council or another staff member about this instead of making a pointless thread

It's crap like this that makes our job harder. I work very closely with Becca and I can say she puts just as much time into DTK as squall does. How the he'll are you any position to make any sort of accusation against her till u know what she actually does? Closing thread.
