    Admin Intervention Games

    Some of the admin intervention games are seeming to appear to be for the kill count now. Was just in jailbreak and ct's were given 13k hp and 1.5x speed with the ability to left click with knife only. T's were given paras and that is all. Is it just me or does this seem a bit ridiculous giving 13000 hp to ct's and giving them increased speed? There is a 1:3 ratio of ct's to T's so how is that amount of health justified (paras don't deal 13000 damage that fast.. lol). T's were respawned several times when only a couple of alive t's were remaining, just I don't get the point of dieing multiple times during a game except to fulfill the wardens satisfaction of mass killing t's. I personally do not find this sort of game to be fun at all.

    Lenny I do know where your coming from, some of the games are riduculous BUT the only reason Ts lose 90% of the time is due to lack of team work.
    By sticking together as a whole lets say 20 Ts against 6-7 CTs, you have a WAY better chance of singling out 1 CT and killing him when its 20 on 1.
    Left click knifing takes about 5 hits to kill someone, but if theres a lot of people the damage will most certainly be spread out among the Ts reducing deaths and therefore increasing the output of damage put on the CTs.

    The respawning may seem like its being used to get kills for the CTs. While this is true is some ways its also so the Ts don't complain that its unfair since it was 'impossible' to kill the CTs with such high HP. But seriouslly stick together and you'll win a lot more in these types of games, too many people think they are a 1 man army. Rebelling works much the same way, work together and you will rebel a lot better than just one person alone.

    ^^^^^^^^^, i remember some admin cant remember, obviously is mathematically retarded, it was 5 Cts and 7 T's the Ct's get 13k health and T's got a para? if this game is played really need some sort of method to sort an even match up, seems cts always have more than enough hp.

    That's the thing though, Jasper... T's never stick together. Ideal group sizes in a real life scenario are about 4 or 5 people as a big group is difficult to manage. Now try getting 20 T's to stick together in a game like that when everyone runs their own show and does what they want to? In theory, what you've said is pretty much spot on... but in practise, it rarely (if ever) happens. The ratio of hp is ridiculous... and also by your theory, if the ct's stick together and quickly kill off half the T's... then we're fked.

    No it sounds like an extreme zombies freeday to me. The revives make it so. Juggernaut freeday is simply HP, left click knife, no speed and paras.

    Ahh Extreme Zombies. THAT game was made by Krezand, Pwnage and ME! Should only rarely be played. Like maybe once every 5 maps? Great game but WE DID NOT design to let CTS get bigger scores. Whoever says that we made that game cuz of that are idiots. Why would ME AND KREZ WHO ARE HARDLY ON JB MAKE A GAME FOR BIGGER SCORES!?!?! Just saying. Whoever does that for score is an epic rank whore. My rant for my day

    And With that, i've actually made it fair. I give ct's 2000 hp for each t. T's get 200hp. That's like 13 left clicks. A para can empty like 30 bullets in 13 left clicks or even more. That 30 bullets can cause alot more than 2000 hp. And t's get respawns too, 2-3 mostly. But to balance it, I give the ct's 1.5 speed. Not fair? I don't see anything wrong

    Okay, I think this was the time that I was warden when you had this sort of round, was it on a Blackops map? Because if it is, the reason why I had set this up was because Purplicious and I were looking for something, we had a purpose of why we had so much HP and respawns, the HP was just to make the round last longer, so we could actually confirm what we were looking for, at the time I was the CT, Purplicious was specing and demoing, and we were looking specifically at 1 person as we had hunches that they were hacking, so we needed the hard evidence.

    I am very sorry for this, but it was the only way we could tell or get proof of that person actually using hacks. I am again sorry for this.

    Its not as if you broke the rules. So dont be sorry... If you got him/ confirmed hes not, then its worth the effort..

    After the rounds, I believe we were quite successful, looking back at the demos, I can see the evidence right there, Purple had the hard evidence too, and we reached the conclusion that it was enough evidence to prove he was hacking. So it was good. But I apologised with the fact that I had to turn a round of JB into seeking a hacker, which evidently didn't suit Lenny's standards, and I apologised for that. =\
