Hey,
Sorry if wrong section.
So i have my interp set to 0.035 but when i join this server it changes to 0.031. I join other DtK servers and its fine. Seems to be this one. Is there a server settings forcing it?

A lot of settings are forced on Nilla because certain idiots will rage/whinge/cry about the server when they themselves can't set up their rates properly and the issue is on their side. So because of ♥♥♥♥wits like these, you can't use custom values.
