    KZ Tournament 2021

    Hello everyone!
    DtK server #19 KZ is going to be hosting a tournament!
    All DtK members can participate.

    SIGN UP HERE

    Here's how the tournament will work:
    - A set of 16 maps has been selected, all tier 1, so everyone should be able to complete them.
    - Each match will be a best of 3 randomly chosen maps, and should go for about 15 minutes.
    - After a 10 second countdown, both players will start their timer, and the first person to reach the finish wins the map.
    - All races will be done on the KZT gamemode with teleport menu enabled.
    - The bracket for the tournament will be generated randomly after signup ends.
    - Each match is single elimination, so if you lose a best of 3, you're out.
    - Signups will close on Saturday 1st May, then the bracket will be generated.
    - Then, starting from Friday 7th May will be the first round, and there will be another round each weekend, followed by the finals.
    - Matches can be played on any of these three days from 4-11pm - flavr and I's discords are below, send us a message and we'll come on to set up
    - You and your designated partner for the round need to have your match within the three day period for the round (shown on the calendar below)
    - The final and the bronze match will be BO5, and will be streamed live on my twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/beavr27


    (there may be more/less weeks depending on how many people sign up)

    1st - AK-47 | Legion of Anubis (Field-Tested) (~$35)

    2nd - Desert Eagle | Mecha Industries (Factory New) (~$13)

    3rd - USP-S | Cortex (Field-Tested) (~$5)

    Top 3 will also receive 1 month store access on DtK servers

    Don't be afraid to sign up, as there is prizes to be won and you never know how well you might go. (you might even realise how good KZ is and play more )
    Also, it would be a really good idea to increase your chances of winning a prize by practicing on the server leading up to the tournament.

    As most of you should know each other, message your opponent for the first round on discord/steam to organise a time you want to play then let either flavr or myself know (in advance would be nice but we can do instant games).

    Hello again!

    As the competitors will know, the tournament has been progressing over the last two weekends.
    I've been really busy irl (maybe also slightly lazy) so haven't had the chance to post an update here
