Demo process

Hi all

Just wondering if there is a formal process for submitting demos on possible cheating? Over time I've submitted multiple sent directly to a JA and often get no response or acknowledgment it's even been reviewed. Lately there are some in the JA team that have told me of their decision on whether or not someone is cheating before even receiving a demo so I was hoping some formal process would exist for these to be submitted.

EDIT: The above method is much more preferred than to throw around baseless 'hackusations' publicly on the server. It has become too much of a theme...
