Winter Map Fixed

[Hellspawn]

Fixes include:
- Stopped cell door button being able to be opened by T's including by shooting
- Changed a few textures.
- Fixed lava button from bugging out.
- Fixed gunroom stair button to be CT only.
- Removed scout spawn.
- Moved the deagle with all the colours swirling because of Frost dying in an attempt to get the gun.

Once I get some access I will be uploading all your final fixes much more often so we have working versions. I havnt been on JB much lately because of school and Minecraft. Time to get my ass back there and try these new maps! All of the new maps will be played tonight - I will set each next map to yours until Ive played them all
