    Source Slueth IP bans

    Is there a way for bans to be account only and not attached to an IP address?
    At this point a ban for my brother is essentially a ban for me as well.

    so you would like for someone to get banned and just easily jump on a new account? ip is there for a reason, if it does happen then just submit a ban appeal, or tell your brother to pull his head in. I know its a bit of a ♥♥♥♥ to have to do, but the benefits it provides are worth the few select occasions like this. Recently the need for prime/ above level one on ttt was added because of ban circumvention, removing IP would just make it easier for them.

    No i would not like for people to get on duplicate accounts.
    I don't know if its possible but it would be cool if admins had an option to ban an IP but whitelist a certain user from said IP; if they ask for it.
    I understand my situation is very specific and the current process benefits more people than it harms.

    Yeah mate I have - it is rarely anyone’s intention to get banned but he can be ignorant of the rules and volatile at times.
