Hackers/Cheaters will be permanently banned without warning, period. No exceptions.
No Bunnyhop scripts, hacks, freescrolls, hyperscrolls and macros allowed.
Respect All Players (Including Admins And Regulars).
No recruiting or creating "Friends group".
No racial or religious slurs.
No Pornographic images in sprays.
No advertising servers or websites.
English ONLY on mic.
Only 1 person at a time on Mic.
No Spamming.
No HLDJ/HLSS, Use radio instead.
No kids with high-pitched voice on mic.
No Glitching.

If you feel somebody is doing the wrong thing and or breaking rules, record a demo, submit to sourcebans with a complaint and let the admin team for the server give it its due attention...

Some of your points are actually kinda childish...

One person at a time on the mic? No kids with high pitched voice on the mic? That's garbage IMO... They have as much right to use the mic as you do, if you feel they're spamming and or actually intentionally just making noise with their mic, again, record a demo, submit to sourcebans....

There are things that you can do from YOUR client, like mute specific people in the player list for example, to make your own playing experience that much more enjoyable without trying to treat kids like some kind of sub human.

What i actually meant by 1 at a time on mic is if somesone trying to speak the others have to wait for him to finish. Because just imagine in real life if someone speaks over you how rude will that be.

As for the high pitched kids. Some kids will just won't stop talking and it's a bit annoying for players. Was just a suggetion nothing more .

Suggestions is fine, but how do you determine which person has the right to speak? Let's say 5 people decide to all start talking at once. How do we determine who has right of way to speak so that we also know which 4 people have to stop? I mean lets face it, everyone of us thinks what we have to say is the most important thing that needs to be said, so I don't think anyone is going to want to stop to listen to someone else.

And as for the kids going on and on, if it starting to seem like spam and its annoying everyone, either grab an admin to take care of it, or submit a demo and the team for that server will act appropriately, and if none of those is immediate enough for you, press esc, select player list from the options, select the player/s name and choose mute in game voice. Well that works for source not sure if its the same for GO but I'm not sure which servers you are playing on.

But try to remember, it's the internet, there's loads of people from different walks of life, different religions, colours, ages, sexual orientations and ideals. You ARE going to encounter things that annoy you endlessly. You have to learn how you can best deal with the different situations within the rules of dtk servers and common human decency whilst still enjoying yourself. Sometimes this might mean you change servers or change games for a short while.

Our admin teams are focused on trying to make our servers enjoyable for all, and if they are on they will control most of the generally annoying things.

But not all things that you find annoying , annoy other people to the same extent if at all. Just try to find the happy medium and exist there as much as possible.

Ok so, a few of these suggestions are already rules and enforced by the admin team.
The suggestions about 1 person on the mic/high pitched voices are a bit ridiculous. Everyone has a right to speak their mind whenever they want (as long as there is no racism, hate speech etc).

Suggestions being brought forward here on the forums? it's something we never get enough of!! Good to see you getting amongst it.

To me it looks like your suggestion is a comprehensive rules list for the server which is always a good prompt for generating important discussion, rather than a list of rules that you apparently think aren't already on the server.
I won't touch on what others have already said, but i completely get all your suggestions for a rules list. I've visited other servers and other games with very similar rules and it works well for them. It's not wrong to initially think that those rules could also work here.

Hopefully the responses you have received does not discourage you from further ideas. We're always looking to better the servers and the community.

Everyone has a right to play the server. Just because they are a squeaker does not make their opinion invalid. FYI no one will play the server if everyone has to speak one at a time, this just makes the game boring and strict for a fun role playing server.
