TTT Plugin update Feedback

The TTT server plugin has been updated today and will continue to change over the next few weeks. The TTT admin team strives to make the server the best it can be.

If you could all be patient with us as we go through this change and if you could all give us feedback on this thread so we can give you the server you guys want and we will keep you updated on the changes we make.

• Very happy that ttt has been changed. It attracts the older playerbase and freshens the server.

• glad to see sprint in inno shop. id love to see one or two more items introduced to the inno shop

• I like the taser cooldown at the start of the round but for Innos only

• taser outline for entire server is good and prevents the withhold of kos' effectively

DISLIKE

• dead bodies seem to clip through the floor making it harder to see or id

• I like the taser cooldown at the beginning of the round, however i believe it shouldnt apply to detectives.

• Credits are wayyy too easy to accumulate. Allowing Id's to be purchased every round is very overpowered. this may be fixed by further adjusting shop item prices.

• not quite a negative yet but there is a possiblity that bump mines can be used to exploit

• cant see the role of dead people in logs anymore as it is determined by the colour of their name in chat, meaning the roles of any bodies that have been drowned out by chat cannot be seen in logs later into the round. This doesnt make much sense but I'll attach some screenshot comparisons later.

  Req was able to interact with dead chat after 'resurReqting'

• detectives should not have limited taser purchases smh

• suiciding before round means you respawn without hands for the round

• not liking new DNA scanner interface thingo

credit system is being mega abused. not enjoying the ID bodies for credits at all.

• not related to update but flashlight spam is vry annoying

SUGGESTED CHANGES
limit 3 tasers for detectives and no start round cooldown
10-20 second taser round start cooldown for innos
change ID text to include role in text
muck around with credit and shop system and get feedback from playerbase
remove or fix !credits

+The text box changes are a lot more nicer to look at and easier to understand.
+Taser showing the role outline for other players.
+Detectives are able to buy axes.
+You "loot" credits and items from unid bodies which increases more strategic plays.

-You can no longer buy more then 1 axe at a time.
-Taser grace period feels a bit too long.

Taser cooldown changed form 35sec - 10sec

!spm has been fixed

Credits for iding bodies have been removed

+the refined chat is a lot cleaner, however it is inconsistent with the various automated messages
+having shop bound to middle mouse button is useful
+earning credits for iding bodies is good as long as it is balanced

negatives
-the taser cooldown is unnecessary and annoying as the 20 second preround provides adequate time to distance yourself from others
-i dont see the point in the changes to dead player body physics and they sink through the floor
EDIT -tasers are 9k as an inno!?!? 3k was a good price because it meant you could buy a couple between t rounds

suggestions
*change radar so it highlights players the same way as after they are tased instead of those stupid red circles
*change teleporter so it sets location the same way as c4 - when you right click - instead of where you are standing at the time
*having demo tick time accessible in-round would save a lot of time when submitting demos, this could be easily implemented using a command
*PUBLISH A LIST OF HOW POINTS ARE EARNED

This was removed because people wouldn't review the demo, just submit the report using the tick in game. this shouldn't be changed as it means there will be a much greater amount of false demos submitted by people thinking they are right and not bothering to check, the current system works well since you actually have to watch the round in question.

The shop will be getting looked at very soon with a review of all prices for all roles and items

It's not an out-line because it causes to lag (the reason why wallhacks were removed)

NAH just buy it in a good spot

Round number is shown at the start of a round just use that BUT PLEASE STILL WATCH THE DEMO DONT WASTE OUR TIME
