    New Update for TTT

    Making this post so we don't have to explain it 100 times.

    Updates to T shop
    Bump mines to T shop (lets you jump on them and fly around, you cannot kos someone for using it, but you can kill someone for having one in there hands)
    Breach charges (like a cod c4)
    Changed prices for some items

    Updates to I shop
    Added sprint
    Changed prices of items

    Update to tasers
    Cannot be used for 10 seconds after the round starts and shows an outline for everyone on the server for the person that is tased.

    Credits are now the same as before

    Im sure some of these will be changed in the future.

    Remove the tazer grace period. It should be up to the player whether they want to stay with a group of people and risk being tazed at the start or go hide somewhere before round starts.
