The main workhorse is a Weldmatic 356, pretty versatile but has a crap duty cycle. Sometimes I use a BOC Smootharc 350r, which is one step away from junk, and if when I can wrestle it away from the apprentices I'll use a Migatronic 385XS, which is a good bit of kit. And there's the usual over the shoulder stick welder for when the guys in assembly point out the bit we missed.
Feel free to elevate me to whichever position in your pantheon of blue collar heroes you prefer.
