    Your ISP probably banned a bunch of IP's for various reasons and Securi was one of them. After trying another browser and doing this in windows: search bar, type "cmd" then type "ipconfig /flushdns" and it still doesn't work then lodge a ticket/complain with your ISP and after they investigate it they will realize it was blocked in error.

    honestly, because of people using other ip's/vpn's to make new accounts after being banned. there was a ban put in place on ip's that are outside of AUS/NZ happened to me when i first joined.
