well start off with the budget
Like you could cheap out an buy a Barracuda 3tb for like $110
or if the budget is a lot higher go for a Firecuda 3tb with increased speeds for a bit over $300

CPU:Ryzen 5 2600
MOBO::GIGABYTE B450 Aorus M
RAM:2x16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengence 2400
PSU:Corsair VS450 .
GPU:EVGA GTX 970 FTW+
HDD:WD BLUE 2TB
SSD: Kingston A400 240GB
about $200 ...
I am rocking 2 3tb Baracuda drives and they have recently gone to 256mb of cache compared to mine from last year which are 64mb
im looking them up on ebay can't seem to find 3tb firecuda there are 2tb but with 64 mb cache . Firecuda seems to be a good option ..

These two are some decent ones. The WD black is fast af, that would be good for games
I wouldn't buy a FireCuda. SSHD's are pretty useless in a desktop with multiple drives, especially if you already have a SSD for the OS. They're a decent solution for laptops but even then with SSD prices dropping rapidly they will soon be completely redundant.
Go with a Barracuda or WD Black

As IcePowered said, SSHD for a non-boot drive is a waste.

Seagate one is a little faster. (7,200RPM vs 5,400RPM)
Both brands are fine and will both do the job for you. I personally prefer WD but Seagate works fine too.
These days they have rolled the greens into the blue category with WD and you can only tell by the speed or model number
Yeah so you have 5,400 rpm and 7,200 rpm in the same stack so that makes the Barracuda better overall.

The old blues were 7200RPM and looks like https://www.wdc.com/products/interna....html#WD10EZEX there is only 1 type of original blue left. The difference of the Blue and Black back in the day used to be noise and cache of the drive with the greens being variable speed at around 5700RPM.
EZRZ in wd's blue products = rebadged greens that are good for data storage that you may not use a lot.
EZEX is the old blue drives with less cache and faster rpm at 7200RPM
Interesting.
The debate for WD vs Seagate will never end. Just personal preference I guess.
