i want to join ditk becuase i think that it would be a good experience and i wanna try to get death run and dtk in Gerneral popular again

In response to this player, I have seen him as an active player on deathrun and occasionally have seen him on bhop. He doesn't display a negative attitude towards others. But based on this (with the VAC excluded), I am going to stay neutral for the time being. If this player continues what he is doing at the moment and remains active, I will consider a +1. However the VAC ban should be taken into consideration.
