Hey All, as posted in the
TTT Updates/Change Logs,
some maps on TTT
now have Traitor rooms and Detective Rooms, with the addition of these new rooms comes a
new set of rules. Due to some confusion in game the TTT Admin Team has decided a separate thread is needed to clarify some things.
Currently there are 2 maps on TTT with Traitor rooms and Traitor testers and only 1 with a Detective room. Each Traitor Tester works differently and there are specific rules for them.
ttt_hoodrat has a
Traitor room and a
Traitor tester.

Traitor Tester How the Traitor Tester works on Hoodrat when each of the following combinations is inside:
Innocent and
Innocent the beam will turn
green (meaning both are proven/
Innocent)
Traitor and
Traitor the beam will turn
red (Meaning at least 1 is Traitor)
Detective and
Traitor the beam will turn
red (non Detective is
Traitor)
Detective and
Innocent the beam turns
Green (Non Detective is innocent)
Innocent and
Traitor the beam will turn
red (At least 1 is the
Traitor)
(you cannot kill based off traitor tester unless 100% proven that they are Traitor, read rules below for more details) ttt_innocentmotel_fixv1 has a

Detective room.

With this Traitor tester it is best to use a combination of players in order to suss out who could be Traitor.
Traitor and Detective Room Rules: Traitor rooms are only able to be opened by
Traitors.
1. Entering a Traitor room is a Traitorous act. Note: Therefore anyone seen to be entering a Traitor room is able to be KOS'd and killed on sight.
2. Innocents and Detectives are not to enter Traitor rooms. If you are found to be entering a Traitor room as an Innocent or Detective you will be punished for T-bating.
3. Do not enter Detective rooms unless you are a Detective. Anyone found to be entering a Detective room that is not a Detective will be considered to be exploiting the map and punished as so. Note: Detectives found to be purposely letting other players into the
Detective room will also be punished.
(Detectives should not be camping in any area including Detective rooms) 4. Do not camp Traitor rooms as an Innocent or Detective. Camping outside Traitor rooms/Traitor room doors is a punishable offence. 5. Do not spray into Traitor rooms. You many only Shoot into T-Rooms when you see a player in one or when you are being shot at from within a T-Room and need to defend yourself. (this is in regards to T-Rooms ONLY) If you are found to be spraying into or at a T-Room for any other reason you will be punished. 6. You cannot kill based off Traitor testers unless 100% proven the player is a Traitor. (eg. Traitor and Detective in Traitor tester, beam will go red the only player that can be a Traitor is the non Detective.) Anyone found to be killing without enough evidence will be considered to be RDMing and punished as so.
