Here's an idea that will blow your mind, a children's card game tournament!
What is Hearthstone?
Hearthstone is a fast-paced strategy card game where players fight in a 1v1 format to reduce their opponents health to 0 using their arsenal of cards in their deck.

What Is The Tournament?
The format of the Tournament is a 16 man bracket, where players will verse their parallel opponent with one deck of their choice. The winners will move up in the brackets until the semi-finals, where all four players will select 3 decks of their choice and will have to win 3 times to move on to the finals. There can be another match before the finals between the losers of the semi-finals to determine 3rd place, but that is not all necessary. The final match can play out the same or can be altered to best out of 3. The Winner will receive the title 'Children's Card Game Champion' for the rest of the year or a prize at the discretion of the DTK Community.
Alternative Rules:
Just for fun I have thought up some different rule types to spice up the tournament so it isn't all just net-decking and RNG. (DISCLAIMER: These Rules May or May Not Be Used)
- Sabotage Format (Players get to create a deck for their opponents to use)
- No Spells (No Spells in the decks)
- No Minions (No Minions in the decks)
- All Priest (All players are locked to only using the Priest class)
- Classic Only (All decks must contain the Classic/Basic Card Sets [No Hall of Fame])
- Random Deck (All decks will be randomly generated by the Overseer of each match [Limited to Basic/Classic Cards Only]
I would help set up the tournament with scheduling, matchmaking and overseeing matches as I have done so in the past (Though, help will be appreciated).
If this all gets set up maybe I/we could record the matches and make a highlight reel for DTK, I personally think it'd be quite fun.
