Some ideas for the servers.

Mainly for the GunGame server, because thats what I play so I know what I think needs to be changed a bit :P

The text chat, always continually filled and you can never see what people are saying. So maybe change the colour of the actual chat, or find a way to move the game text (eg teamkills, levels etc) somewhere else.

Nades in warmup. As suggested by Squat, you get a random type of nade every time it re-appears, flash, smoke or HE.

possibly Skins. You have to re-apply them every time you join. Any way to make it remember, but have a command for it to bring the menu back?

Jailbreak Server. Is anybody every actually on it? every time I go on, 0 people on it. Possibly, if nobody does use it and I'm not wrong because of my position in the world, change the type of server? maybe a surf, or an aim_ map server? I have a STACK of aim maps from my last clan's server, which shut down with the clan. they are quite fun, and it always ended up as a friendly environment and had a lot of new people to the clan/forums.

More stuff. We should make a whole heap of new skins, maps, and models, for our servers. I've made a map and I'm still working on it. Skins are basic to make and look really cool. If anybody knows how to compile a weapon/player model, I have a few I've made somewhere we could add to it.




Quite a few ideas there... IDK why but I just put them out there.

I agree muchly... cant say much bout the gun game server coz ive only played once and on the topic of the jailbreak i belive it to be a bit i a sort of web effect ie if say us 2 were to join the server some others might join then they would be say 5 on the server then more would join and it would get a lot more people on and if they like it they will join again. I do like the idea of more stuf... i understand that logistically it may be a problm due to issues with the serve being able to take on " a whole heap of new skins, maps, and models" but i agree its a good i dea
i used to be able to make models... but now... lol havnt tried for 2 years dont trust me to produce anything good if i do make some XD. but i can skin on the other hand

but the thing i agrre most muchly with is the bit about this being a good community

The JB server as far as I'm aware is a relatively new server, and there have been afew of us jump on there and have a look around, i think it's probably just going to have to be a case of wait and see if it picks up.

can we do something like if u kill 3 teammates in a row u die or get kicked or something .....

There a some really good fun new maps ... and some bad ones mayb we can get a rtv once someone gets to a certain level so ppl cant do for every level....

i dont like the teamkill idea because maps like corner or something, or where noobs walk in the way and its not your fault, your pretty much Fkd...

Also ive noticed something with the JB server. The playercount doesnt work at all. I refreshed it twice and it still said zero, so I invited my friend onto it, and we went on and there were four people all from the same clan, but not ours :P

TK is a tough one sometimes a some fool walks right where a nade has been thrown or in front of a hopefull spray and all of a sudden you are banned i think it needs to be a vote and people need to man up and vote yes to TKers and Hackers

dont like the rpg or war3 idea, but surf i do! could just be because im aussie, but there is never many people on 4/6 or 7 of our servers.. so maybe we can get rid of one for surf

rpg would be the best i love how extensive they can get. imagine grind killing to get that skill that makes you better than everyone else lol

if we were going to get rid of one i would say maybe the jb but that may end up filling out after our sunday session (see aussiesnipa's post for more info) maybe one of the gg and if one of them id say the de_dust 2 one because office is popular... these are just my thoughts

I would like to see a full map rotatioin server, and a DM rotation server with more than one map(office/office 2008 same basic map) just a sugestion.
