So this will be short and simple.
No matter your stance in the DtK community,
YOUR COMMMENTS ARE TO REFLECT THE APPLICANTS RECENT ATTITUDE/PLAYER PERSONALITY/BEHAVIOUR, IN A HELPFUL AND CONSTRUCTIVE WAY.
I don't want to hear about how on X day this person did such and such, only for the applicant to respond in haste, and the comments spiral into a shit fight.
This tends to lead to the rest of the comments becoming a bandwagon of negativity based solely around one incident and one only.
We appreciate and value comments from the community, but please keep to constructive comments, of course negative things are unavoidable, but there is a way to go about writing these things, and a way to not.
If I see anything not relative to the application, I will simply be deleting things/taking action from here on - this includes warnings and even infractions if this post isn't clear enough.
EDIT: I continue to see comments based on assumptions around time applicants have spent on servers. If you haven't seen them online, you DON'T need to comment -I don't need to hear it. I have reminded people several times regarding what sort of comments are requested on applicant submissions yet I am still seeing the same things things popping up.
