CBF to play TF2 haven't playd in like 3 months

I rarely play TF2 because of the lag issues on my computer, my computer is really shit i max out like 8 fps with only 3 others on a server. But i want the bow weapon (cant remember what its called off the top of my head) for the sniper and also i am willing to trade a weapon or two (cant remember which ones again off top of my head :P).
