I knew you'd make a thread about this. Let me just remind you that you are muted, and your mic does not go through (you probably knew that though). I clearly did not see the body (as I was walking along and looking over the place), and instead of telling me via text chat or informing other players, you shoot and hit me. And I warn you, and it bans you for having enough warnings.
Also, you can see the big "SourceBans" button in red? That's where you can look for protesting bans.

I didnt want you to get away if you were t? Why didnt you ask why I shot at you? why did you just ban me without warning and ask me what was going on??
You see ttt is a fast passed game, did you want me to stop and stand still while you could kill me and ask you about the body? I used my mic because it said I was ungagged. I did know I would be muted for 1 time and gagged for another.
I didn't ban you, as I explained. I gave you a warning, and because you had enough warnings, it banned you.
Also, a gag and a mute are different. It is not my fault that you did not understand the difference, and didn't realise people couldn't hear you.
I didn't ask because to me, it looked like you were attempting to RDM me (since you have shown lack of regard for rules earlier on).

The times I have muted and gagged you were after I have verbally warned you. The warning I gave earlier on was when you damaged an innocent without reason, and, when I asked you to explain why in text chat (since you were muted), you said "nah". I do not know what the first warning was.
you never warned me! not once before the mutes and gags. I had slayed myself for damaging an innocent and I was in the middle of something and didnt want to write you a full heartfelt story on what happened. Not 1 warning cake.... not 1

You have been advised on another thread today to contact SA or staff Obstin; I recommend you do so if you wish to make a complaint. They have the ability to review the logs and see exactly what transpired.
I have contacted shadow about the other one, but this is completely different and just wanted to know where I could resolve a false ban. SEEMS I CANT!!!

It seems like you are playing the victim with this "full heartfelt story" stuff. You refused to communicate with me about the incident, and so I warned you. You did not tell me you had slayed. The guy you damaged was the same guy who accidentally propdamaged you - A revenge RDM/damaging, it seemed like.
I have warned you, are the phrases "Calm down, don't spam text chat", "Don't abuse me", "I've warned you" and "Stop" not warnings enough?
i mean obstin to be fair some players that are regs on the server dont have mics or choose to use chat and ive seen them stand still and ask or call a kos or just ask a question. also you know should already know what a gag and mute are since you have been muted and gaged many times
