Do you guys have a Discord server? If not would you consider setting one up at all?
I've been using Discord for about 9 months now and its pretty good. I'd say that if TeamSpeak is more your guys thing though that's fine but give it a go if you haven't.
If you have any questions about Discord let me know I run a couple semi popular ones.
I use discord, wouldn't mind a DTK Discord server.
i see it as being either 1 or the other because it just gets confusing and splits up people if there are 2 different program servers for voice chat

I was actually considering suggesting this. It would be much better imo, but cleaner and more organised.

The only problem is the chat channels cannot be organised into trees and minimised like teamspeak. It makes the server list harder to make a reasonable size. Thats my only problem with it at present. If there was a discord server i'd like it to contain a couple chat channels for sharing content/typing and they might hide a lot of the voice channels. Otherwise yes discord is much nicer than TS in most regards.

I tent to hang out on the server I've made for my partner, we play a variety of games (overwatch lately) if anyone was interested check here. I suggest muting @here/@everyone since this server doubles as our streaming server for when we stream.

Its not that its just cleaner, which is apparantly a big selling point lol. But its HTML5 based so it has all the goodies of a website packed in, in-line images/videos, drag and drop all that stuff.Was always a mumble person.

Would have considered it if Discord allowed self-hosted dedicated servers.
Oh u cant host them yourself? That kind of sucks.
Yeah they are, at least currently hosted by them under many locations. Sydney is a server location so its not too bad really. I can understand admins etc wanting full control though regarding the entire server/client structure.
Maybe something they will do later?
