The following is the format for the DtK CS:GO InterRank Championship 2016:

The above depends on none of the current teams dropping out. If none of the teams drop out, the 1st match will begin on May 14 2016.


Match schedule as follows:

Round 1:

Match 1 - Saturday May 14th 7pm EST: Neophyte vs CouncilStaffSA
Match 2 - Sunday May 15th 7pm EST: JediTrooperMember vs JA

Round 2:

Match 3 - Saturday May 21st 7pm EST: CouncilStaffSA vs Veteran
Match 4 - Sunday May 22nd 7pm EST: JediTrooperMember vs Neophyte

Round 3:

Match 5 - Saturday May 28th 7pm EST: Veteran vs JA
Match 6 - Sunday May 29th 7pm EST: CouncilStaffSA vs JediTrooperMember


Round 4:

Match 7 - Saturday June 4th 7pm EST: JediTrooperMember vs Veteran
Match 8 - Sunday June 5th 7pm EST: Neophyte vs JA

Round 5:

Match 9 - Saturday June 11th 7pm EST: Veteran vs Neophyte
Match 10 - Sunday June 12 7pm EST: JA vs CouncilStaffSA


After the 5 rounds, the top 2 teams in the standings will battle it out in the finals. The format for finals will be Bo3, each team will choose a map each and the 3rd will be a neutral map.

Teams can drop out by the 8th of May [i.e removal of your team from the competition and then a new schedule being arranged],after 8th of May teams will be locked and matches will follow the format above.

Match Sign Up threads:

To help setup matches, there will be sign up threads for each match just like we have done in previous matches, these will go up 1 week before each match is scheduled to take place.

Rules:
Same rules as previous competitions however a InterRank specific rules thread will be post on the 8th May week along with other details.

Where is the updated list of teams? The teams have changed since the list above had been made

This week will be Round 4 matches so an update on the current standings is due.




With how the current standings are, there are no surprises expected with Round 4 and Round 5 matches and their effect on the standings.

JediTrooperMember has made it to the finals (even if they do not play their match this week or lose)


CouncilStaffSA won't make it to the finals even if they win their remaining match. Laters p1g

Veteran has a very small chance of making it to the finals if they win all their remaining matches and if JA and Neophyte teams do not play their remaining matches.

Going by Round 1-3 results , either JA or Neophytes is most likely the 2nd finalists. Match 8 Neo vs JA this week is the most important match for both teams if either team wants to make it to the final.
