Now that I've got you guys somewhat hooked, I'm going to share with you a command that allows people to join your community server from their main menu.
I present to you...
cl_join_advertise 2
With this command added to your autoexec (or added to launch options with +cl_join_advertise 2), people will be able to join you from their main menu like they'd be able to join a valve dm/casual/arms race etc by clicking on your name. When somebody asks what you are playing, rather than having to invite them to game you can just tell them to join from your name. I've had multiple of my friends join surf randomly while I was on it because the option for them to join when they saw community casual was there.
