DtK CS:GO InterRank Championships 2016 [Sign Ups Open]

Dear DTK Community,

We are starting off this years competitive season (DtK's) with an InterRank Championship. This will see teams from each of DtK's ranks facing off each other over a period of weeks to determine which rank is the best in DtK. Neophyte vs Member vs Trooper vs Veteran vs Jedi vs Junior Admin vs Senior Admin vs Staff+Council+FM+LM). This is a 5 vs 5 competition with standard warmod settings and standard war maps. Teams should ideally have a core 5 with 1-3 subs.

Each rank (Neophyte, Member , Trooper, Veteran, Jedi , Junior Admin ) can have multiple teams. Due to limited player pools some ranks will be dipping into other rank pools. Council and Staff [Along with FM and LM if available] will have a single team with a bit of dipping into the Senior Admin Pool. Senior Admin will have one or two teams with a bit of dipping into Junior Admin pool.


Format will be decided when sign up's close - we need to know how many are participating. Please don't ask about format in this thread. The championships isn't a 1 day affair, it will take place over some weeks - couple of months. Each rank will play against all other DtK ranks at least once. Matches will take place on the CS:GO Pug server and matches will be scheduled for Friday and weekend afternoons and nights most likely.

Please ONLY SIGN UP if you have the time and are going to actually attend your matches. Don't waste our time or your own time. Sign ups will close in 2-3 weeks time and the championships will most likely begin towards the end of February or beginning of March.


As stated above - championship format, dates,map list,final teams etc will be posted when sign ups close (captains,etc will be periodically updated here)

Any possibility of running something similar to this on CS:S? I know there have been issues with it in the past, just curious if there is something on the horizon.

We have had multiple competitions being CS:S only or CS:S/CS:GO mixed, only fair that CS:GO gets it's own competition - especially with our aggressive transition into the CS:GO scene.

There are more competitions to follow this year which will cater to both games.
