At the moment health packs give slightly random values (I think it’s in between 15-50) so we'll also look at locking the amount to a set value like say 100 for each pack, so if you’re running around on 5hp after a firefight and collect a pack you’ll jump to 100hp.
Nothing is set in stone, we're just mixing it up.

im liking the new system atm, didn't think I would but ye having fun... mabey having it go to 150-180 could be a good little boost kind of thing, just sayin
I don't feel much difference at all with this change other than dying more often. :P so i don't got negative stuff to say. But capping when max health to a bit further could be nice, just to and extra 35-50hp would be alright. There's my opinion anyway.
I think 200 is a good number. Same as Dust server.

A limit of 200 on D2 seems to work alright and is initially where I thought we might end up on Office though for now we’ll trial a limit of 150 for the next fortnight.

Well I just had a game on the server (a really bad game for me at least, never playing in this mood again lol) and it seemed pretty good and balanced. No complaints here.

Hahaha, of course kingy. But this does level it out more with awpers. Cause I was awping and did 111 damage and the guy didn't die until another shot. A lot more balanced and a lot less annoying.
