I can't see it listed in the drop down box . " Options-Mutliplayer-Advanced-Clan "

It gets added for you when you gain your Neo tag.
I just checked the update list for you, you're in there as its just been a week now since you were accepted. I'd say you'll get your in-game tags today/tomorrow [as they are grouped and updated weekly]
If you don't have them by say Tuesday, just send me a PM and I'll check it out for you.
