Trouble with quake sounds

Hey guys,

As stated my quake sounds dont work anymore even though I have them enabled in the !cp options. Can someone give me a lead as to fix this?

Try deleting them from your folder; (on whatever hard drive you have it on), I'm assuming this is where the sounds are.

----> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\download\sound\dtk_sound

Rejoin the server.

Are Custom Files able to be downloaded?

Have you checked Audio Sliders?

Are you sure that your at a point in-game that the Quake sounds would actually go off ?

Ok so after the first time I deleted them, upon entering the server i downloaded the files again but didnt work. I dont know what audio sliders are and i dont know what you mean by "Are you sure that your at a point in-game that the Quake sounds would actually go off ?" other than the sounds etc, yeah i get multikill etc but no music/quakesound its weird.

What weirder is that I joined the office server and the sounds work...

My custom sounds and quake sounds stopped working long ago, I tried deleting files and redownloading. I turned 'download custom files' on and off and on again. Nothing has worked so far. This is I think for all of my css. Sorry I can't help, just saying you're not alone.

Might be on the servers end with triggers not working etc. Dunno.
