Please Join the Official DtK steam group here if you haven't already and represent our community by wearing the DtK steam group clan tags ingame across our servers. You can also INVITE, PROMOTE and ENCOURAGE others to join our steam group and our community forums ingame and via your steam friends list.
Once you've joined the steam group and have the group page open you can invite your friends to join the group also by clicking on the link indicated in the image below.
The Official DtK steam group clan tags are different from the DtK server side clan and rank tags that all members have in game and here on the forums E.G;
[DtK] [C] [FM] [LM] [S] [EM] [SA] [JA] [Jedi] [V] [T] [M] [N]
This does not change how your name appears ingame on the scoreboard HUD if you're already a DtK member because DtK member and rank server side tags will override any steam group tags.
What the steam group tags do is contribute to the DtK Hlstats registry for top clans on each of our servers. If all members of DtK wore the steam group tags we more than likely would dominate the top clan position for each of our own servers.
To use the clan tags open CSS and go to Options; Multiplayer; Advanced; Clan Tag; select DyingToKill from the drop down menu. These will not overwrite you're DtK [RanK] ingame tags if your a member but they will register in HLstats.
The steam group tags will appear as “Dying2Kill” infront of your name ingame if you're not a full DtK member yet and don't have sever side |DtK| [Rank] member tags. The steam group tags will appear as a prefix before your name when you play on non DtK servers as well so you can represent and promote DtK by wearing the tags whenever you play on non DtK servers.
