Skin Selection Adjustment?

Hello Everyone!

I just thought I would throw this out there to see if I was the only one. When we start each round, as soon as you choose T or CT there is a bit of a delay before the option to pick LEET, Member or no skin. Sometimes I don't get in early on the warm up round then as the game starts and I end up pressing 3 to go to knife and end up choosing a skin I didn't want.
Long story short, is it at all possible to maybe make it so you choose your skin right after you pick your T/CT and character?

Idk if we have time to do that since its GGDM. Its a small thing to pick skins straight away but helps

Another thing that is glitched on the server is the win screen when it shows your place. It says I am place 27 when I win a game, however, on the stats page I am 8th (for most wins). It's not a real big deal just a tad annoying.

There's two separate ranking systems at play here, one for however many times you have won the game (in your case you're ranked 27th for winning the game) and a separate ranking system entirely based on how many points you have from kills, headshots, muti-kills. etc

Also with the !skinmenu command you can bind this to a key in your config, for example
if you enter into your config file

bind (any key you choose without the brackets) "say !skinmenu"

save it and make the config file read only, then in-game all you have to do is press whatever key you designated and voila it will display the skin menu.

If you replace the ! with a / it will not display in chat messages but will still open the skinmenu.

You can filter players' wins to see their actual placing on the HlStatsX page where it says I am 8th (for wins) whereas in points I am 10th. Player Stats get hidden after a certain amount on inactivity. Maybe you have 19 players ahead of you who have been hidden?

Inactive players automatically get removed after a certain amount of time, eg tiramisu would be in the top 10 but you can't find him because he hasn't been on the server in a while

The end game statistic however doesn't remove players so tiramisu would be in the top 10 for that

What Mitch is referring to is the ingame !top database, which is separate from Hlstatsx. This particular glitch has been there for atleast the last 2 years but strangely only affects the top few players.

That's due to you being ranked both 8th and 27th in the rankings. There has been glitches where multiple ID's have been created for the same player. For instance Bumbin has 11 entries in the database when he should only have 1 unique entry. This pushes the other ranks below eg the person who should be 2nd after Bumbin is now 12th and you who should be 8th has been pushed to 27th due to the duplicate entries of players before you.

This can be fixed with a rank rebuild after I do some backups.
