DtK Server League Semifinals and Grand FinalDear DtK Community,
Firstly I should mention, this league was expected to go on for much longer. Each server was expected to have battled the other 15 servers during the course of the league, once this was done only then were the semi's and final scheduled to happen. However due to lack of participation from some servers and thus their removal from the league, things did not go according to plan. As a result, the semi's and finals are being held early.
The top 4 teams on the league standings qualify for the semifinals. These are #1 Jailbreak, #5 Dust2, #8 PUG. However as both #6 Zombies and #4 GGDM are tied for 4th place, a decider match will be held between the 2 teams to decide on the 4th team to qualify for the semi's.

Grand Final March 9th :
Winners of Semi's Tournament Server #1
Format of Semi and Grand Finals:
1. The semi's and the grand final will be a best of three format i.e 3 matches will be played to decide who goes to the finals in semi-final 1 and the same applies for semi-final 2. The final will also be BO3.
2. Maps: As per the BO3 format, there will be 3 matches on 3 different maps. Map selection will be as follows; 1 map will be auto selected (le neutral map) and the remainder 2 will be selected from the nominations from each team.
The neutral map for semifinals is : de_inferno
The neutral map for the finals is : de_nuke
For the semifinals, each team has to nominate 2 maps each, one will be 1st preference, the other will be 2nd preference. (2 maps nominations in case both teams nominate the same map). Same will apply for the finals.
3. Players: To ensure fairness the following rules will apply to the semi-finals and finals.
a. A player may only play for 1 team. (this only applies to semi's and finals). This means that if a player plays for Dust2 in the semi's map 1 , he/she cannot play for another team in map 2 or another team in the finals.
b. A team MUST have at least 3 of the original players in each stage match.
e.g Dust2's roster is player A, player B, player C, player D, player E in map 1 of the semi finals.
In Map 2 , they must have at least 3 players from the roster in map 1,same applies to map 3.
c. Only 2 substitutions allowed per map. Not really fair to sub out the whole team if your team isn't doing well, is it?
Any team found in violation of the above rules will be disqualified and the other team granted the win.
There will be no sign ups for the semi and grand finals. Server Reps,Liaisons and server admins will be responsible for arranging and managing the teams, map nominations and time selection. Please use this thread for your map nomination and available times. By default all matches are scheduled for 5pm.
