    How to fix Propper for steampipe update

    Hi all.

    I have been trying since the update to get propper working with the steam pipe update.

    I have finally found a tutorial that fixes it once and for all!

    One bit of advice I will give you is completely reinstall source sdk so there are folders in steam/steamapps/common/sourceSDK/
