What's osu?
Me on osu!

bauxou carry Australian in world Cup
Osu is no new thing around these parts ;D
It's based off a Nintendo DS game, known in English speaking countries as 'Elite Beat Agents' (but obviously, in Japan, as osu-something-something). It's got a nice community with decent beatmappers (that's how you get songs to play).
Since the lovely Scakk (<3 u bby) didn't explain the different modes, I'll write something up:
osu! standard: you click circles, slide sliders and spin spinners to the beat (can also be played with keyboard, which is better). The most common one.
Taiko: some drumming thing, you use the keyboard or USB drums (who has those?) to drum to the beat.
Catch the Beat: a fruit catching game. Weird, but that's basically all you do.
osu! mania: This is for all you piano lovers. 4-7k modes, don't ask me what those do. So yeah, piano (keyboard).
I find that it's really addictive if you find a song you like, plus there's tons of different ways to play.
I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOYED THIS LOVELY DESCRIPTION. Thanks cake.! Oh, you're welcome, me. Say, wanna go out to dinner? No, we're the same person. Oh.
Corey tried to make me his pika gurl.
