Hi all. Just wanted to let you know that my older brother got into a car accident and is in critical condition at the ER. I just heard about the news not less than 10 minutes ago and as I'm typing this I'm preparing to rush to the local medical center... On behalf of my brother and my family, we would appreciate it if you extended your prayers for him. I will keep this updated but if the forum disallows it, I don't mind a closed thread, but I sincerely hope you pray for his survival...

And no this is not a troll/spam post. Thank you in advance...

Thank you so much guys. Reaaally appreciate it. Just came back from the hospital and so far he's still in a critical condition. As far as we know he could go any second now and the medical staff are doing the best they can for him. Seems like he suffered really severe injuries :'(

Yeah he's in critical condition again. I'm rushing off to the hospital right now. I think his body's rejecting the surgery that they did on him last night. Oh god... See you soon mates

I pray for his family as well who are worried about their son/brother and so I pray that you will talk to them and they will be calmed by your presence. I also pray to the doctors who are looking after him so they may do their best to save him.

This saddens me, sorry for your loss, sounds like he meant a lot to you (wish I could say that about my brother). I'm with rain, if you need to talk I'm here for you.

As some of you have known, Kyle has miraculously risen from the dead. He had zero brain activity the whole night although his heart was still beating. My family and his friends have already given up on hope and accepted his death. I didn't, I kept praying and praying, in my mind I was thinking "If you can hear me, you can't leave us yet. It's not your time". In the morning of the day they were gonna cut off his life support, his body was missing from the bed. We searched around and eventually ended up in the cafeteria, where he was in line, still clad in patient clothing. We hugged each other and cried in front of everyone there. I couldn't believe it, it was a downright miracle

I am sincerely and truly grateful for all your prayers and support, dear DtKers. You guys prayed and hoped, and they were answered. I could never think of a way to repay you guys for the support. I wasn't ready to live my life without Kyle.

So, there it is. He's doing well so far although his body's still riddled with casts from the injuries he sustained in the accident, but otherwise he is his usual self. I'll see you guys on the servers!
