Found this out just a few minutes ago

, they are working on a cut down version of the game which should be alright.

In the Board’s opinion, Saints Row IV, includes interactive, visual depictions of implied sexual violence which are not justified by context.

In addition, the game includes elements of illicit or proscribed drug use related to incentives or rewards. Such depictions are prohibited by the computer games guidelines.

To the people who are buying the game, what do you think about this?

Sounds like the same shit they've been pulling on the gaming industry for years. They did it with most of the GTA games as well, they even banned Fallout 3 at first.
