My time here is done, I only joined to play in the competitions primarily the social competition. Which I smashed lolz. I will finish the gungame tournament however (if it does finish), coz I'm winning.
Don't have time for this during uni semesters, double degrees are drainers, then travelling to Italy for an Architecture conference hosted by Monash, then just gonna do a whole Europe trip with my girlfriend straight after.
Servers are shit now, lucky to get 20 people on Dust DM and 10 people on the GGDM server.
The different forms of bigotry I have witnessed in game and then only a blind eye being shown by everyone else is pathetic. I may abuse others but at least I do not normalize pejorative terms towards a minority. You guys are 'higher ranked' gamers and only making it look acceptable for kids that are starting to play games.
However, they are too stubborn to admit to that and there's only so much I can say.
It doesn't take much to start a trend, you'd be suprised how quickly I got my friends to remove homophobic terms from their vocabulary.
