DtK Promotions process in progress 29/05/2013

Dear DtK Community,


The promotion process has officially started. Looking at maybe 1-2 weeks before it is all processed and announcements are made by Staff about your new ranks.

Once these batch of promotions are done, there will be some changes made to the overall promotion criteria and these changes will take effect in the next batch of promotions.


Also something to look forward to in the next week or two will be the introduction of !dtkstore. This will be a reward for those players who donate $10 or more to the community. Donators will be able to use ingame features like player trails, donator exclusive skins, custom color player name tags & titles, player tracers,etc. Additionally there will be some server specific features available to them on servers. There will also be some forum extra's instore for them. (e.g name changes)

b. am I active as a Neohpyte? Yes = Pear , No = Apple

Active as in you should have logged into the forums/servers in the last few months at least. It's unrealistic to expect you to be on the server and forums everyday.

Perhaps play-time on servers could also have a portion of the store. For example, 15 days, 30 days and 45+ days could have a skin for all servers or their own little section of the store. It would give players more incentive to play more ^_^

With the 'Donator perks', I've seen these on many servers, try limit the things to a MINIMUM (i.e Fall Damage, Speed etc.) as we don't want a pay to win community. Also, it's not stated, can anybody obtain these perks or is it for DtK members only?

!dtkstore will be available to all donators - members or non-members.

The ingame store will offer mainly cosmetic features. There never has been any intention to change any player settings that will give donators in game advantages over other players.
