3nd Jailbreak Guntoss
Championship!
With much success of the previous guntoss event, the Jailbreak Admin team, in coordination with the DTK Events Committee are here to announce that there will be a third guntoss championship for the DTK Jailbreak server. The last two guntoss championships were played with Deagles, For the second time, we will let you, the players, vote for which weapon you want to be used. This championship will not include any pistols, but will include automatic weapons, snipers and shotguns.
The 3rd DTK Guntoss Championship will be run on Saturday 25/05/13
Starting at 7pm AEST ***PLEASE NOTE THIS DATE IS NOT CONFIRMED AND MAY CHANGE***
Prizes : We are currently looking for anyone who wishes to donate a prize for this guntoss championship. The prize can be any price you want. The first 4 people who donates a prize for the championship before 16/05/13 will be automatically placed into the competition and won't have to sign up on the day.
If you wish to participate in the championship, Goose will be making a post on the forums 1 HR BEFORE the EVENT STARTS. The first 24 (20 if we have 4 donator prizes) people to reply to that post with there ingame name and/or steam ID, will be included in the 24 participants. Please note, this event will be starting at 7pm AEST. Anyone not in the server by 7:05PM AEST will forfeit their position. There will be announcements on the DTK JB and EM community group before we start.
Please note, like last timethe server will be locked. If you get a position you will be sent the password via FORUM PM. We may allow Spectators into the event once we get everything up and running. If you are given the password, it is expected that you will keep the password a secret. Anyone found to be leaking the password will be removed from the competition.

How it would work:- 24 Entrants, (not determined who)
- Weapon : Awp
- Map : Custom (DTK_guntoss_championship)
- Prize : Secret
- There shall be no bunny hopping for this championship
- Bomb Toss at the end following the same procedure, for whoever wants to stick around
Round 1 (24)*1: Each entrant would be paired up with another via random draw. Each player is permited one (1) throw for this round. Winner moves on. Loser is eliminated. This will give us 12 entrants for Round 2.
Round 2 (12)*1: Each entrant would be paired up with another via random draw. Each player is permited one (1) throw for this round. Winner moves on. Loser is eliminated. This will give us 6 entrants for Round 3.
Round 3 (6)*1: Each entrant would be paired up with another via random draw. Each player is permited one (1) throws for this round. Winner moves on. Loser is eliminated. This will give us our final 3 entrants for the Championship round.
Championship Round (3)*1: Final 3 players will be up against each other. Each player is permitted one (1) throw for this round. Winner is person who tosses his gun the furthest, second and third place will be respectively determined by the distance of the toss.
* means the amount of throws each player is permitted during the round.

(i) 1 Throw only. (Each entrant will receive only one (1) throw per round and winner is person who throws the furthest).
Example: Blue throws further than Red. Blue progresses to the next round. Red is eliminated.

The following rules will apply when participating in the championship:- Don’t CHEAT or otherwise use any bugs, glitches, etc, to your advantage or you will be eliminated.
- Use common sense during the championship.
- The Judges have the FINAL SAY in who wins what event. Don’t try and argue with them because there will be more than one and they have weapons.
- Have fun! And show some good sportsmanship, even if you win or lose.
The following rules apply for others who are not participating in an championship.- Don’t interfere with rounds or you will be shot by a CT (Judge).
- Use common sense - Don’t spam chat, mic or just plain be annoying.
