I'm going to miss him. He and I got along tremendously.
Though his humour was a bit blunt at times and crude I always saw a lighter side to it, He has been pretty well behaved on the forums. PLZ SQUAL CHANGE 2 a few months? xoxo

But it's a right to be able to protest. We're obviously unhappy so we have a right to voice our opinion. While it may not change caps situation which is unfortunate some points may be considered when another similar case happens so that it is dealt within a fair manner. I think it's important as we are bringing up some valid points an can be used in future cases.

You're sounding all technical but in reality its just stupid. Caps had ONE last chance, after seeing those logs he didn't want to change, he can protest all he likes but imo he has a slim chance.

Just because someone that we liked gets banned dosnt mean they will be un-banned. We saw this with kstaar.

You can't compare a person who was banned for hacking to a person who was banned for trolling.
2 different people and 2 different cases.
I don't even have caps as a friend.
Plain and simply i feel the ban is a bit over the top.

He was obviously kicked out of DtK for doing so and didn't change. That was not my decision. The ban was in-game reasons and trolling on the zombie server (ie griefing props etc.) isn't allowed. There were also other reasons that carried on for over a month. I sent him multiple messages about his behavior and he didn't comply. My ban was for 2 days and it was changed by Squall to a perm. I didn't perm him. Squall did.

There is a line between what some call 'trolling' and what some believe is more than that.

Personally I believe Caps knew this line and purposely crossed it, as he has tested me so much in the past. It is no ones fault but his own.

I think you're missing the point that it was personal. I used the word "I" meaning in my personal experience.

Can somebody bring up the ACTUAL evidence leading up to his ban before we make any further statements. Because by the sound of this it doesn't sound right..

As for regs i cant see why people are defending him. When youre on your last warning your on the last. Any slip up and youre gone, from complex's point of view. He slipped up.
