A few suggestions

I have been playing nilla lately and have noticed a few things that could make the server more popular and fun.
My suggestions.

1. Varying bot difficulties
It would be a good idea to add this because when people play it is very dull and unexciting to just play against the same skill level.. duds that stare for 3 seconds before shooting.
Or even, cp for bot difficulty?
2. Quake sounds
This is one thing that should be defiantly implemented. Quake sounds just add an element of excitement when you get them and make you feel good. (specially when your sh*t like me)
3. More cp options
Sometimes people like to play competitive, on friendly fire or speak between themselves or talk while dead. Whatever the option cp is the answer.
4. REMOVE SLAYBOTS
Rank whoring at its best... (the cp option dud)
5. Ban rowdy
Self explanatory.
6. Change start round time to 5 seconds
10 seconds is way too long and an annoyance for those who are inpatient.
7. A weekly challenge perhaps?
Could be a weekly challenge eg. 200 kills. And winner gets idk, 100 points or something?

There is nothing worse than quake sounds on a default maps server, it's loud and annoying when you are trying to sound whore. Deathmatch is different as people are just running around spraying, those sounds are fine for that.

Can agree with the bot difficulty, I always put it up when I come on. But it doesn't seem to do anything to their difficulty.

The bots only slay when you are killed. Which wouldn't affect your rencoring?

I would like to see Nilla to be more of a social server than a serious Nilla server like other popular servers.

I agree with the rest of the ideas. (Guys who dont want quake sounds, turn them off)

I like it all but quake sounds because quake sounds first off means more download... and second Its just a pain. First Blood. RAMPAGE! but yea if you do decide to get quake sounds get like a epic one not the default
