CT Ban Appeal System

Howdy All,
The JB team is proud to announce that we are introducing a new CT Ban Appeal System.
This system will allow players that have been CT banned for long periods of time, e.g. 1000 minutes or permanent to appeal to be unbanned. This CT ban appeal system will not be a easy, yes accepted, or no denied system. The person appealing will have to work hard for their appeal. This is the system in which they will have to follow.Alternatively, this thread will also hold valuable information for players wishing to appeal regular CT bans less than 1000 minutes. All appeals will be dealt with by admins only, they will not be available to be viewed by the public. This is the best thing about the new system.

 

Apply for a CT Ban Appeal.
(Will be available on a form Similar to white list form. Only Seen by admins)

Complete the whitelist
(Appealing player will be required to complete the whitelist)

Complete 10 hours in server over 2 weeks.
(This can be achieved from 2 days up to 2 weeks, the sooner they complete the 10hrs, the sooner their probation starts.)

2 Week probation.
(The player will be unbanned for a 2 week peroid. If that player receives a CT ban from an admin, their appeal will be denied.

Upon the 2 week probation, we will come together and decide whether or not the person applying has shown that they can be trusted on the CT team and whether or not they show a good attitude towards it. Any CT bans the player received will be looked into as well as any demo's submitted [Hopefully it won't come to this].

If Denied
If a players Appeal has been denied they won't be able to appeal again for another 2 weeks. ANY player that uses the opportunity of being unbanned to freekill will be placed on a 1 Year BlackList, meaning they are unable to appeal again for that duration.

If Accepted
Upon the probation Period, if a player has been successful with their CT ban appeal, they will be added to the whitelist like a regular player.

What if a player has just received a lengthy or pemanent ban?
Any player who receives a CT ban that they wish to appeal, can only do so after 3 months of receiving the ban.

What happens if I get banned again after I successfully appeal?
Players may only submit a maximum of (1) ban appeal per (2) weeks. This does not count if your appeal has been rejected, you must wait another (2) weeks before appealing again.

Good system. Although I do not agree with the idea of putting in 10 hours inside a time frame, or such a limited time frame. The 10 hours shouldn't have to be forced on them. It seems unfair that a person would be denied due to only being able to put in an hour a week due to lifestyle.

im sure with special circumstances something can be arranged. ie. monitoring their behaviour while in game, etc.

The form is for you to fill out if you have broken the server rules, if you like, you can remain banned, doesn't affect us.

The two week is just a rough time frame, Under certain circumstances, we won't mind extending the time.

I should be unbanned from CT because that King guy (the one that was trying to be like me) banned me, but he cheated so anything he did should be void.

If you would like to be unbanned, please submit a appeal, we will look into it.

Imo anyone permanently ct banned after being on the whitelist should remain so, but hey, just my opinion :\
especially if the mass freekilled/continually do things against the rules ingame.
