In the situation that you were knifing vent and he saw you then his kill was legitimate. He has done nothing against the rules. Yes it may be seen as "Rankwhorish" by killing you, but you asked for a bullet to the face the moment you knifed that vent.

TBH, all the time I have known Angro, people have made jokes about his voice\nose.
The only time I have ever seen him disgruntled is when people cant get over stuff like that.
Every other time I have seen Angro, he is really level headed and knows his stuff.
If people didnt wind him up all the time, he would have been selected for JA by now. I know if I were SA, I would trust him to be honest, follow the rules, and put plenty of time into the server.
