How to thank members?

Maybe this is a bit stupid to ask of me, but I can't figure out how to thank somebodies post!
I did a search but nothing popped up.

Have to have at least 20 posts then there's an option on the bottom left of someone's post. Opposite of the reply option.

Then you thank me. All the time. No exceptions.

I think you need to have like somewhere between 30-50 posts to be able to thank people.
